Support the Unit Head, Treasury Solutions in executing marketing strategies to achieve the team’s revenue targets.
- Identify and market suitable treasury solutions to meet revenue objectives.
- Assist the Unit Head in maximizing sales performance and revenue generation.
- Maintain the highest standard of customer service to ensure strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ratings.
Group Synergy
Contribute to Group Treasury & Global Markets initiatives to support overall revenue goals.Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Client Coverage, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, and Retail Banking teams to promote and sell Treasury solutions.Compliance
Ensure adherence to all codes of conduct, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and guidelines in Treasury Sales activities.Process Efficiency
Carry out administrative and support functions effectively and in full compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.Requirements :
Minimum 6 years’ experience in banking or treasury-related roles within an established financial institution or equivalent.Good understanding of Treasury products, with knowledge of various hedging tools and yield enhancement solutions.Awareness of the Group’s strategic objectives and how Treasury Solutions contributes to achieving overall business goals.Strong analytical, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.Successful candidates will be required to hold a valid PPKM license.We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
