Role Purpose(s)

To work closely with other team members in the Human Resource division covering different areas within GHR. To support the different team within GHR in their daily tasks and participate in different HR projects together.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist and support different areas in HR Functions.
  • Support for all local and selected global HR activities and tasks.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

Talent Acquisition

  • Participate in the recruitment life cycle, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging candidates
  • Support new projects, and / or optimize current processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Support TA in any other general HR-related work and / or projects
  • Talent & Organisational Development

    Preparation of internal communication for activities / events organized for the period

    Operations / Administration for SDC Malaysia

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes with Office Manager to ensure good employee experience for new joiners
  • Coordination of logistics for pre-event / event
  • Coordinate trainings for Malaysia employees and support HRBP to maximise HRDC claims
  • Support all local employee engagement activities
  • Payment and petty cash processing
  • Inventory tracking from time to time
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned.

  • Education Requirements

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or any related disciplines.

    Working Experience Requirements

  • A highly motivated and an excellent communicator is key in this role.
  • Internship duration : Minimum 3 months to 6 months
  • Skills Required

    Must-have skills

  • Good knowledge in Outlook email usage, Microsoft applications - Excel, Word, Form.
  • Resourceful, inquisitive, proactive analytical, team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferable skills

  • EDM / brochure designs using Canva or related application
  • Able to multitask and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
