AdAsia (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Associate Media Sales & Planner to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing media strategies that align with clients’ marketing objectives. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and media vendors to ensure campaigns are innovative and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute media strategies.
- Conduct research and audience analysis to identify target demographics and effective media channels.
- Prepare and present media proposals, strategies, and recommendations to clients.
- Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal placements and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Generate media performance reports and provide post-campaign insights with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new media opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and media partners.
Preferred Qualifications
0–4 years of relevant experience; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficient in Media Planning & Microsoft Office tools.Analytical Skills.Meticulous with numbers.Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.Familiarity with New Media trends and platforms.Ability to work under constraints and make considered judgments.Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.Experience in OOH media planning is a plus.Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
