You will be responsible for managing social media strategies and content for multiple brand accounts, ensuring each campaign aligns with client goals and maintains top‑notch execution. This role requires both creative and analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the social media landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trust‑based relationships.
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand, audience, and objectives.
- Oversee content planning, creation, and scheduling across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X).
- Coordinate with in‑house creative teams (designers, videographers, copywriters) to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand content.
- Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews.
- Ensure all deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with agency standards.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.Experienced in social media account management, preferably within an agency setting.Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.Excellent project management, communication, and client‑handling skills.Ability to juggle multiple client accounts while maintaining quality and attention to detail.Comfortable interpreting data and providing performance reports.Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or short‑form video editing tools is a plus.Seniority Level
