COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Responsibilities

1. Develop creative concepts and design marketing collaterals for fundraising campaigns and hospital events across both print and digital platforms (e.g., posters, brochures, newsletters, social media graphics).

2. Ensure all promotional materials and content are aligned with the hospital’s branding, including writing, editing, and proofreading materials for use across various channels.

3. Assist to plan, prepare and manage fundraising projects or events.

4. Assist to undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.

5. Assist to write press releases and communicate with the media and administrative / clerical works

6. Represent the Team or Hospital at charity-related events (sometimes on weekends if any).

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design / Marketing / Communications / related field.
• Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Creative eye for branding, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Organised, and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Willing to occasionally work on weekends for events.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
