Floor Operations Executive

Responsible for overseeing, supervising and coordinating daily on the floor operations activities to ensure efficient production processes, maintaining safety standards, and managing a team of operators.

Ensure efficient and timely completion of production goals while meeting quality standards.

Monitor production workflows, identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime.

Supervise and perform stock count / cycle count as needed to ensure inventory accuracy for both raw materials, consumables and finished good.

Manage and stock inventory and store processes such as FIFO system and shelf‑life control compliance, ensure there is sufficient materials available for production without overstocking.

Implement and maintain 5S and ISO requirements and standards at operation floor to ensure products meet required quality standards. Address any issues or deviations from standard requirements and implement corrective actions accordingly.

Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instructions and safety rules.

Address and resolve operational issues relating to production and store activities, including disruptions to operations, manpower issues and other related issues.

Provide timely and accurate reports and / or information on all production activities and output, inventory levels, receiving discrepancy and damage reports as needed in order to facilitate decision‑making on production and store related matters.

Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as instructed from time to time.

Requirements

At least a Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing / Warehouse / Logistic Management or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years’ working experience in similar capacity or related field. Added advantage for candidates with working experience in Manufacturing environment.

Computer literate and has knowledge of MS Office, familiar with SAP system is an added advantage.

Possess strong knowledge in manufacturing process, warehousing and logistic.

Possess a strong sense of responsibility, urgency and commitment to efficiently meet deadlines.

Possess good leadership, communication skills and able to work with Management and all levels of employees.

Possess a pro‑active character for continuous improvement and changes of operations in the production and store.

Added advantage for candidates who can join immediately or with short notice period.
