Overview
Provide prompt and efficient service to claimants and intermediaries by responding to inquiries, processing claims, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Deliver prompt and efficient claims service to claimants and intermediaries. Examine, evaluate, and negotiate the settlement of claims within assigned authority limits. Conduct a thorough investigation of fraudulent claims and take appropriate action as necessary. Minimize claims leakages. Report adverse trends to the Head of Branch. Conduct claims reviews periodically as scheduled. Engage with underwriters and marketers regarding policy issues and claims as they arise. Oversee the effectiveness of Service Providers to ensure the Company\'s interests are maintained. Ensure compliance with BNM guidelines and the Company\'s claims policy. Ensure adherence to the Company\'s Customer Service Standards. Ensure accurate recording and retention of claims documents and correspondence in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular reviews and updates of claims reserves to protect the Company\'s interests. Provide guidance and coaching to new employees on operational procedures, insurance products, and customer service standards. Identify areas for improvement in branch operations and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
