RETAIL ASSISTANT CUM CASHIER

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Retail Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, playing a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. You will be involved in all aspects of the retail process, from sales and customer engagement to inventory management and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers
• Provide friendly service, operate the cashier counter, and promote products
• Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, and other payment methods
• Assist in daily stock count and maintain accurate inventory records
• Handle incoming and outgoing stocks
• Compile end-of-day sales report to support business tracking
• Maintain high standards of store cleanliness
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time
