Support a critical Technology Refresh project alongside ongoing Business-As-Usual (BAU) device management. This role requires hands‑on experience in endpoint provisioning, Microsoft Intune policy administration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless device deployment and operational stability.

• Manage and execute large-scale endpoint deployments via Microsoft Intune and related automation tools.
• Configure, monitor, and enforce device compliance policies and security baselines through Microsoft Intune.
• Coordinate software and patch deployment across endpoint devices.
• Troubleshoot endpoint and Intune-related issues, including log analysis and user support escalation.
• Collaborate with project teams and BAU staff to ensure smooth device transitions and ongoing device management.
• Maintain documentation and support governance processes related to endpoint management.
