What challenges can you expect?

Responsibilities :

• Lead engaging and interactive training sessions on OLTC (On-Load Tap Changer) power transformer systems, ensuring participants gain a deep and practical understanding of the equipment and its operation.
• Share your extensive knowledge on OLTC systems, troubleshooting techniques, and maintenance procedures, empowering trainees with the skills they need to excel.
• Evaluate trainees' performance through a mix of tests and practical assessments, ensuring they meet the highest competency standards.
• Provide continuous support and mentorship to trainees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during and after the training sessions.
• Ensure all training activities adhere to MR's standards, industry standards and safety regulations, maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Work closely with training center at headquarters to align training objectives with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering a cohesive learning environment.
• Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs and challenges of the Asia Pacific region, ensuring relevance and effectiveness in diverse environments.
• Deliver customized training sessions for customers and agents, ensuring they are well-equipped with the fundamental knowledge of OLTC maintenance.
