Senior Designer cum Marketing Executive

Conceptualize and design Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing materials such as poster, catalogues, product sheets — with the ability to design from scratch and ensure consistency with brand identity.

Create video marketing content and product videos — including planning, shooting, and editing — for product, training, and marketing program purposes. Develop creative collaterals for campaigns, exhibitions, gallery displays, product presentation, trainings and trade events.

Coordinate and support Marketing Manager in the execution of marketing initiatives, administrative tasks, and project timeline management across digital platforms, on-ground marketing programs, in-store activities, internal and external executions.

Coordinate, negotiate and liaise with internal teams, vendors, printers, and creative agencies to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education : Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or a related field

Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing communications & creative design — preferably within the building materials, interior design, or construction industry.

Strong creative skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc) and Canva for marketing design and video editing

Experience in video content creation — including storyboarding, shooting, and editing for product and marketing purposes

Basic photography skills with the ability to plan and capture event, product or lifestyle shots for marketing and promotional use.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media content, and BTL marketing execution (events, in-store, and on-ground programs).

Highly organized with strong project coordination and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Collaborative team player who can work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced working environments

A self-motivated individual with a brand-driven mindset and passion for creative storytelling.
