Advise senior management on performance strategies and provide insights to enhance decision-making.
Manage Group-wide Critical Success Factors (CSFs), ensuring alignment with business objectives and conducting regular reviews for relevance and effectiveness.
Monitor outcomes of performance initiatives and recommend improvements to strengthen impact and consistency.
Rewards Management
Design and administer competitive reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organization.
Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain competitive positioning.
Partner with HR and other functions to ensure alignment and integration of rewards programs with broader people initiatives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, Business Group People teams, and employees.
Provide expert advice on performance and rewards matters, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment in communications.
Act as a strategic partner in influencing performance and rewards decisions.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in performance management and rewards.
Drive continuous improvement to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience.
Promote a culture of high performance, recognition, and continuous learning across the organization.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10–15 years of relevant experience, with proven expertise in performance management and rewards, and a strong track record of success.
Background in consulting and corporate HR environments is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
