Responsibilities :
- Act as the main contact for customer and prospect enquiries via phone, email, and inperson
- Manage and respond to orders, quotations, and customer service requests
- Proactively follow up on offers and gather relevant market insights (pricing, competition, trends)
- Register and manage customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality and Management teams
- Collaborate with internal departments and act as a backup for team members when needed
- Provide commercial support to Branch and Business Development Managers
- Promote marketing campaigns, new products, and the TVH E-shop platform to customers
- Communicate updates from internal departments to customers
- Attend internal meetings and trainings when required
Requirements :
2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing commercial role (technical sales is a plus)Strong communication skills in both English and Malay (Chinese or other languages are an added advantage)Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targetsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a teamExcellent follow-up and administrative skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving mindsetWhy Join Us :
