A world market leader in the chemical manufacturing industry with an internationally renowned Shared Service Centre (SSC) based in Kuala Lumpur. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking for a Project Manager to be part of the team that is responsible for running all related functions across the APAC region and globally.

Your new role

• Project DeliveryWork closely with other service streams and the local country platform to ensure smooth project deliveryAs subject-matter expert, provide hands-on support when required and proactively ensures project queries are resolved.
• Continuous ImprovementUnderstand regional and country-specific requirements for project delivery. Review the existing processes, infrastructure, team setup, project reporting approach and identify opportunities for improvementContinuous consultation with respective service delivery team and the relevant regional functions and local country platform involved in project delivery to ensure successful implementation across the region
• Team ManagementForm a high-performing operational team and create an environment that is conducive to ideas and utilises learning from experience and providing guidance.
• Compliance and Quality ManagementEnsure team members’ awareness and compliance to relevant policies, processes and procedures
• ReportingOversee the demand plan maintenance, which enables teams to predict the resource requirements for incoming project, enhancement and support activities.
