Human Resources Executive

Job Responsibilities
- To prepare Companyâs Handbook.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities inclusing computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deduction, advance payments and others.
- Maintaining employeeâs personal files & update employeesâ information timely
- Handle HR administrative matters. (Eg : Appoinment Letter, Memo, Evaluation Form, Disciplinary Letter, Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, Performance Improvement Plan, Termination Letter)
- Manage the KPI / staff appraisal / disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
- Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources
- Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager when necessary.
