We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources team. This role involves a blend of administrative, operational, and employee support responsibilities, contributing directly to smooth HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management : Monitor employee attendance and prepare daily status summary reports for payroll processing.
- Onboarding & Offboarding : Assist in administrative tasks and scheduling for onboarding, new hire orientation; coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Employee Lifecycle Management : Conduct orientation sessions, process probationary reviews, and employee evaluations.
- Learning & Development (HRDF) : Handle HRDF-related matters such as grant applications and claim submissions.
- Employee Insurance & Movement : Coordinate with insurance providers for administrative matters related to employee movements (new hires, resignations, transfers).
- Procurement Support : Prepare and manage purchase requisitions (PR) for the HR Department
- HR Systems Administration : Manage and support HR modules.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with Payroll management, HRDF processes, insurance administration, and HR systems will be an added advantage.Good interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?
