Responsibilities :

  • To responsible for company full set of accounts.
  • To ensure accounting records and reports prepare in accordance with sound accounting practices and company policies.
  • Preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditor.
  • Perform daily accounts operation tasks, including banking and finance.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly update and reconcile in accounting system.
  • Ensure proper filing of accounting records and documents.
  • Maintain proper filing of records in accordance to ISO Quality Management System (QMS) implementation and to provide support to the ISO QMS for its effectiveness.
  • Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least LCCI Higher / Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy / or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting software, preferable in IFCA.
