Job Locations & Salary :

  • KL : RM2,000 – RM2,300 / month
  • Marang, Terengganu : RM1,900 – RM2,000 / month

Job Type : Full-time | Contract (6 months)

Allowances & Benefits :

  • Performance Allowance : Up to RM300 / month
  • Shift Allowance : RM90 / month
  • Transport Allowance : Up to RM200 / month
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS contributions
  • Annual leave, panel clinic & insurance coverage

    • What You'll Do :

  • Be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries & technical issues via multiple channels.
  • Process customer orders and manage data accurately & on time.
  • Provide clear, professional, and friendly customer support over the phone.
  • Deliver excellent service that builds customer satisfaction & loyalty.

    • Who We're Looking For :

  • Minimum SPM with 1 year of experience, or Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work on a rotational shift basis.
  • Immediate starters preferred.
  • Age : 19–45 years old.
