You will be able to carry out the following duties :
- Strategic Marketing Planning : Own and execute the entire marketing calendar, planning at least 3 months in advance to ensure smooth execution of campaigns. Operate with a forward-thinking mindset, always preparing for the next month’s plan while executing the current one.
- Marketing Leadership & Execution : Lead the marketing team with a results-driven approach—setting clear KPIs, ensuring they are met, and driving execution without micromanagement. You take full ownership of the marketing team’s performance, guiding them to deliver results while fostering accountability and independence.
- Brand Consistency & Excellence : Ensure brand messaging, identity, and campaigns are consistent, impactful, and up to the highest standards. Position the brand to always be top-of-mind and industry-leading in the market.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences. Use data to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work seamlessly with other local brands, events and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and maximize growth potential.
- Long-Term Vision & Autonomy : Operate with a big-picture mindset—understanding what’s best for the company in the long run. You know what needs to be done, take initiative, and execute without needing to be micromanaged.
