Penerangan pekerjaanYou love to monitor partner's performance and traffic, analyse data and formulate strategy to optimise their conversion rate You love to run experiments to improve partner’s performance You love to use data to identify new opportunities in new and established markets You will execute affiliate marketing campaigns with our internal stakeholders such as content, creative, campaign and local team You will manage partner website delivery e.g content planning, website visual and development You will be involved in projects to nurture our partners such as online webinar, partner chatbox & partner help center You will ensure timely delivery of projects and collaborate with multiple counterparts Minimum 2 years experiences in affiliate marketing or similar role Good understanding of affiliate channel, online performance marketing channels and digital marketing in general Experience in campaign management and tracking Comfortable to speak with different stakeholders both internal and external Comfortable with numbers, and able to come up with analysis & insights based on data Self-motivated, result driven and open in learning new skills Opportunities for enriching career growth, including exposure to regional contexts Healthcare coverage (medical, dental, optical), gym benefits Flexibility in smart casual dress code Young, vibrant and open work culture

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised Senior Marketing Executive to support our marketing team from operation, analytic to project management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role especially in client acquisition. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytic, and possesses strong communication skills.

- You will be the person behind our affiliate campaigns, own and run B2B lead generation campaigns targeting SEA
- You will work with local teams to identify areas for improvements throughout our partner’s lifecycle and provide an actionable plans
- You will design the partner email journey, streamline the operation flow and document them in SOP
