Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Specialist (BRM) to join our team in the telecommunications domain. The role will focus on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) and Oracle PDC (Pricing Design Center) solutions in a high-transaction, Linux-based environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in telco billing, pricing configuration, and system operations, with the ability to ensure stability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Oracle BRM for telco billing, rating, and revenue management.
• Design and manage pricing and discount models using Oracle PDC to support prepaid, postpaid, and convergent services.
• Integrate BRM / PDC with CRM, ERP, mediation, and provisioning systems to enable seamless operations.
• Perform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization in a Linux environment.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities for billing and pricing systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver billing and pricing solutions aligned with business needs.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and customizations within BRM and PDC.
• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation including design specifications, test cases, and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with telco billing standards, revenue assurance, and audit requirements.
