Responsibilities

• Open and close the store according to trained SOPs
• Demonstrate product knowledge by presenting the features and benefits of the merchandise to guests
• Follow the steps of service
• Display stock attractively according to presentation standards
• Participate in stock takes
• Receive and process incoming stock
• Report out-of-date, missing or damaged stock
• Rotate stock and monitor use-by dates
• Process stock transfers
• Operate ePOS equipment according to procedure
• Create an exciting and vibrant park atmosphere by endorsing retail items
• Respond to guest enquiries confidently and helpfully
• Provide memorable moments for guests whenever possible
• Take ownership of guest challenges and resolve them promptly
• Deliver excellence in guest service at all times
• Suggest and recommend to guests
