Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Documents management : Ensure all forms of documents (contract, cheque, bills etc.) are categorized, stored in accuracy.
  • Employee records management : Input of new employees information in system, attendance tracking of staff (taking leaves, lateness or absent from work)
  • Asset Management : Ensure all assets in Hub is tally with system, input new asset record in system, assign maintenance if required, keep track of usage.
  • Expenses management : Process payment of Hub expenses such as rent, service fees, purchase of office consumables, claims etc. Submit claims & keep ledger record of all Hub expenses.
  • Other ad hoc duties : Taking meeting notes, transport arrangement for staff, handling walk-in guest at Hub etc.

Job Requirements

  • Prior working experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Supply Chain background, candidates with keen interest to explore on these field are encourage to apply
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with use of MS Office Suite & AutoCAD will be an advantage
  • Comfortable with working on rotational shift
  • Possess own transportation as may required for business trips travel
  • Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) would be an added advantage
