Main Responsibilities :
Handling all inbound calls, live chat and email pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's productsExceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.Proficient in computer typing skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Requirements
Min 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.5.5 / 6 working days - Compulsory working on Public Holidays and WeekendsMust commit to work 24 / 7 shiftQualified and interested candidates may apply online or email your resume to
