Technical Sales Account Manager (Machinery)

Responsibilities
- Regularly visit customer sites to assess their needs and proactively generate opportunities for services, spare parts, and equipment upgrades.
- Lead the promotion and sales of service offerings, spare parts, and modernization solutions based on customer requirements and market potential.
- Manage coordination between global and local teams to ensure efficient handling of service inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular interaction and on-site engagement.
- Provide expert technical and commercial advice on spare parts, service solutions, and machine modernizations.
- Willing to travel up to 50% across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
- Analyze service reports, take follow-up actions, and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Contribute to identifying and implementing strategies to grow the service business.
- Maintain close contact with international teams to exchange best practices and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Technical Sales Manager and Key Account ManagementBackground in the machine manufacturing industryExperience in the wood-based industry sector is a strong advantageStrong technical sales expertise with a solution-oriented approachAnalytical mindset with a proactive attitude toward innovation and improvementCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skillsSelf-driven and capable of working independentlyWillingness to travel (50% of working time)5-7 years of relevant experienceSPM / Diploma or certificate in a relevant field#J-18808-Ljbffr
