We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Officer to join our team at SIGNATURE APARTMENT in the vibrant Kuala Lumpur City Centre. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and check-in / check-out guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and courteous manner
- Effectively handle guest reservations, room assignments and billing
- Provide information and recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services and the local area
- Assist with luggage handling and concierge services as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest interactions
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
Qualifications
