Sephora SEA's omni channel business spans over 8 countries (Australia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) with 100+ stores and boasts some global flagships such as ION and Raffles City in Singapore, F88 in Kuala Lumpur and Pitt Street in Sydney. Sephora SEA is experiencing rapid growth in the region with new store openings and business channels (i.e., Click and collect and marketplace).

Executive, Visual Merchandising and Animation

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Visual Merchandising and Animation team in Malaysia, contributing to the enhancement of retail experiences in our stores and maximizing the impact of brand launches. The ideal candidate will possess a good aesthetic sense, a consumer-centric approach, and developing project management skills. This role involves working with data to support informed decisions through analytics, ultimately enhancing customer experience and driving sales. Key responsibilities include assisting with the execution of visual merchandising plans, supporting animation projects, and ensuring visual standards are maintained in-store.

Reporting to the Visual Merchandising and Animation Manager, you will support the team on executing projects in a fast-growing environment, in close collaboration with the Regional Team.

Visual Merchandising and Planograms Management

• Liaising with the Regional Visual Merchandising Team on the execution of brand updates and maintaining visual merchandising standards in-store based on Sephora guidelines
• Ensuring that Sephora Collection grids, planogram and visual order and execution are completed in accordance with regional guidelines
• Sephora Fixtures / Initiatives
• Working closely with the local Category Team to execute final planogram and visual print
• Ordering fixtures and briefing / adapting visuals to meet retail objectives and drive sales
• Coordinating with appointed vendors and store teams on the delivery of fixtures / grids / POSM
• Conducting regular evaluation of vendor work execution and quality of implementation in store
• Maintaining a catalogue of fixtures, costings, and inventory, and replacing broken / missing grids
• Monitoring all Sephora Collection fixtures and locations by store
• Being responsible for execution of seasonal fixture updates (e.g. labels, visuals, fitting updates)
• Planograms
• Supporting in the execution of planograms developed by Regional Space Planning team
• Coordinating and tracking grid procurement to deployment to stores
• Ensuring that planograms are available on Open Access (OA) prior to the update, and all brand updates and information are provided in CONNECT for the store team to execute
• Consolidating all brands updates and managing calendar for planogram updates and installation schedule with vendors
