As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting for positions across the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa region with a primary focus in commercial recruitment. Responsibilities
- Full life cycle recruiting experience to help attract and retain the best candidates
- Hands-on experience in tech hiring is a must for this role
- Excellent communication skills, including professional level of writing and speaking in English, Korean and / or Japanese
- Experience finding passive candidates through creative means
- Collaborative, passionate about being part of a high-performing team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed
Qualifications
High School DiplomaBilingual : fluent in both English and Spanish3+ years of high volume recruiting experience combined with managing searches across many hiring disciplinesIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and / or Google SuiteIntermediate to advanced level of proficiency with an Applicant Tracking SystemAbility to work independently and thrive in a high volume, fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsExperience 0-2 years
