About Us RASA HABIBI is a vibrant, modern dining destination in Nu Sentral Mall, blending the nostalgic charm of a Malaysian kopitiam with exciting Western plates and authentic Arabian flavors. Our signature offerings range from Nasi Lemak and Mee Siam to Shawarma and Falafel, creating a truly multicultural dining experience for our guests. We are expanding and looking for an experienced Senior Restaurant Supervisor to join our leadership team and play a key role in our growth.

Position : Senior Restaurant Supervisor

Location : RASA HABIBI, Nu Sentral Mall, Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range : RM 2,500 – RM 3,000 (depending on experience)

Benefits : 2 complimentary meals daily; Performance-based commission; EPF, SOCSO, and other statutory contributions; Staff discounts and career growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards.
• Supervise and train service staff, fostering teamwork and professionalism.
• Maintain excellent customer service, handle guest feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with kitchen and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on sales and expenses to management.
• KPI : Ensure reports are complete, accurate, and submitted before end of each business day.
• Support management with scheduling, reporting, and performance monitoring.
