Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Report to upper management and collaborate with internal WH team to achieve goals and overcome obstacles.
• Familiar with warehouse WIP / SOP. Foresee problems to prevent mistakes and coach new hires.
• Monitor efficiency and quality of staff to complete daily job in time.
• Find and resolve common mistakes and errors during daily operation.
• Supervise teammates to make sure they meet SMC core values - Quality / Productivity / Teamwork.
