As a Customer Success Intern, You Will
- Support the Customer Success team in managing ongoing client learning programs and projects.
- Assist in tracking program schedules, attendance, license usage, and learner engagement.
- Coordinate with facilitators, operations, and clients to ensure smooth delivery of programs.
- Prepare and update reports, including run sheets, feedback summaries, and learning analytics.
- Participate in team meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
Support In HRDC Claim-related Processes, Including
Collecting, validating, and compiling required documentation from clients and internal teams.Updating HRDC forms and records to meet compliance requirements.Coordinating with HRDC representatives as needed.Maintaining proper documentation and process adherence for audits.
