Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests, partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).
  • Handle customer queries with empathy, patience and compassion.
  • Understand and deliver business strategies to improve customer service through the execution of self-service, and continuously identify work process improvements.
  • Perform business-based administrative duties whenever required.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of integrity and confidentiality – maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, order pricing / invoice queries, etc.

Job requirements

  • Customer complaints experience within a contact center.
  • Language skills
  • Korean : Non-Native Speaker must have TOPIK Level 4 or above, or equivalent skill sets.

  • Indonesian : Must be fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal.
  • English : Good communication in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a plus.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing experience (Hotline is a must) required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the travel industry, specifically in Online Travel Agency (OTA), with a primary focus on managing flight bookings as well as attractions and tour services.
  • Proven experience in working towards and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal-focused.
  • Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
  • Working hours : 8-hour work system, multi-shift scheduling; all shifts have five days of work and two days off. Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
