About the Company :

Join a leading and rising Industrial supplier in Malaysia, with approximately 600 associates to serve over 6,000 active customers. Our client has expanded and diversified its business across 4 specialized industry : Original Equipment Manufacturing (O.E.M), Infrastructure, Residential & Commercial and Retails.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic action plans to address the industry requirements and changes to sustain and grow the product development businesses.
• Consistently determine new and untapped industry and / or customer account by leveraging on effective business tools and processes.
• Regularly analyze the industry demands and changes as well as alert of competitors’ strategy moves.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage healthy inventory level to ensure the overall performance on track.
• Lead a product management team to pursue respective targeted results, meanwhile nurture and prepare them for succession planning.
• Collaborate with various suppliers and sales forces towards a mutual business objective and grow the business consistently.
• Functionally cross-worked with corporate branding & communications team to conduct marketing campaigns for stimulating sales activities to achieve desired results.
