A. Job Responsibilities / Authorized
1 able to develop effective safety procedures and practices in all aspects of any operations.
2 To liaise with statutory agencies, relevant authorities regarding regulatory requirements and
3 develop and implement EHS awareness activities and campaign.
4 Ensure Environment, Health & Safety Procedures are adhered at all levels within the company through training, audits and inspections.
5 Carry out Accident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis.
6 Coordinate, review and analyze the occupational health and hazard.
7 Able to create safety awareness, chemical awareness, leading safety committees and fire drill exercise.
8 Monitor and maintain safety equipment and emergency response materials (e.g., first aid kits, fire extinguishers).
9 Attending meetings, including overseas training if required, staying back when necessary to support urgent project needs and ensuring prompt email responses within 24 hours.
10 Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
11 Responsible for overseeing and managing all division.
12 Follow up with customer on purchase orders (PO) from order placement to final deliver, ensuring smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
13 Maintain records of safety-related incidents, training, inspections, and audits.
14 Ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety regulations.
B. Requirements
1 Minimum Diploma or Degree holder.
2 With 1-2 years experience in manufacturing industrial.
3 Full Certificate in Safety and Health Officer Course.
4 Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH (JKKP).
