Attend to customers' enquiries & complaints and able to resolve with high professionalism. Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers. Drive sales & achieve sales targets. To be successful as a shop assistant, you should be customer-oriented, driven and passionate about driving sales and sharing the brand & product knowledge. Ultimately, an outstanding shop assistant should demonstrate effective communication skills and achieve exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin / Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage).
- Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage.
