Requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin / Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage).
- Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Achieve and maintain the best in-store retail operations standards.Welcome customers into the store & helping customers to identify and purchase products.Attend to customers' enquiries & complaints and able to resolve with high professionalism.Learn and share brand & product knowledge with customers.Drive sales & achieve sales targets.Oversee weekly restocking & inventory updates.Work 6 days a week, able to work on weekends.Benefits
