Attend to customers' inquiries and provide customer service in meeting customer expectationsResolves customer issues in a timely and professional mannerManage and monitor inventory, stock and productsPrice tagging and arrangement of stocksCarry out the daily work of live operationsAttend and manage retail sales, processing cash and card paymentEnsure the retail outlet is clean and tidy at all timesAssist in stock takes and other eventsTo undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when requiredJOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Diploma in any field
- Preferably at least 1 year working experience in the related field
- Candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Able to work on shifts, weekend and public holidays
- Self-motivated and passionate about retail
