Technician - Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur Mont Kiara. Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara, Malaysia. This position reports directly to the Lead Host - Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in resolving maintenance issues for both guest and associate areas, resolving issues that can be dealt with immediately and reporting those that require specialist skill.
• Properly handle and maintain all power tools.
• Submit requests to the Lead Host – Engineering for purchases of parts and consumables.
• Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and protect the surroundings when executing duties.
• Ensure effective energy conservation measures in areas of operations.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Assist to ensure the Preventive Maintenance Program is carried out promptly and to the highest standard.
• Assist other Hosts with duties throughout the hotel when requested by a superior.
• Any additional specialist skill is an advantage.
