Overview Regional Lead, UI / UX

Role Objective

The Regional Lead, UI / UX, will

own the design vision , define user flows, create intuitive interfaces, and ensure the overall quality of user experiences across all digital platforms. You will

lead a regional UI / UX team , collaborate with product and engineering teams, and implement user feedback loops to continuously enhance engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design process : research, ideation, prototyping, and implementation.

Define design principles and maintain standardized

component libraries

for consistency.

Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes aligned with product goals.

Conduct

user research, usability testing, and market analysis

to inform product strategy.

Mentor and guide UI / UX team to deliver world-class experiences.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to align designs with business objectives.

Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to upskill the design team.

Monitor industry trends and

innovate design strategies

based on best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

6+ years

of UI / UX design experience, with

2+ years in a leadership role .

Proven portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions and

design system development .

Experience managing design teams and collaborating with product & engineering teams.

Proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD , and Agile workflows.

Strong knowledge of

user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards .

Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
