Senior Consultant - IT Operations

Overview

Carrying out IT work practice, policy, procedures and routine in achieving IT functions and objective. Design and generate report based on use requirements. Assist and involve in application implementation. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Execute test cases and analyse results. Maintaining IT system to ensure smooth daily operation and providing technical support. Work as part of the team to meet project targets and quality objectives. Ensure documentation, procedures and guidelines are up to date. Assist in any ad ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by immediate superior.
