Purpose of Hire

We are seeking a results-driven Enterprise Solution Specialist to lead solutioning and pre-sales engagements across logistics, transportation, manufacturing, and retail sectors. This role focuses on designing and delivering integrated enterprise solutions that support operational excellence, digital transformation, and intelligent automation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of business processes, emerging technologies, and enterprise platforms to help clients optimize performance and scale effectively.

Justification

  • On-ground Support Needed : While we have remote presales consultants, their impact on assisting the BD team during the pre-sales and implementation cycle has been limited.
  • Functional Expertise : We require a resource with deep ERP module knowledge to guide clients through solutioning and implementation.
  • Client Expectations : Increasing demand for tailored ERP solutions and faster turnaround in solution design.
  • Revenue Enablement : This role will directly support deal acceleration and improve conversion rates.

Role Overview

  • Reporting To : Head – Sales, Solutions and Alliances
  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand operational challenges, digital maturity, and transformation goals.
  • Lead solution design across areas such as fleet and asset visibility, route optimization and ETA prediction, predictive maintenance and condition monitoring, sensor-based inventory and warehouse automation, and AI-driven forecasting, workforce planning, and decision support.
  • Integrate IIoT and AIoT capabilities into enterprise workflows, ensuring seamless data flow, real-time insights, and intelligent automation.
  • Support pre-sales activities including client discovery, solution presentations, and proposal development.
  • Lead the functional aspects of the Enterprise Solution Lifecycle, including business discovery and stakeholder alignment, functional design and solution blueprinting, iterative validation and user acceptance planning, enablement activities such as training, documentation, and change management, and post-deployment optimization and feedback integration.
  • Provide functional guidance on core business modules such as : Accounting & Finance, Manufacturing & Production, Logistics & Transportation, HR.
  • Minimum 8 years or more of experience in implementing enterprise solutions, with a strong focus on logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations.
  • Chinese speaking is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver solutions involving fleet management, route planning, warehouse automation, and real-time tracking.
  • Familiarity with IIoT and AIoT technologies and their application in logistics and industrial environments.
  • Solid understanding of business processes across logistics, manufacturing, retail, and distribution.
  • Working knowledge of functional modules such as sales, accounting, HR, procurement, and manufacturing.
  • Basic technical literacy : understanding of programming logic, databases, and system architecture terminology.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or enterprise consulting is preferred.
