Job Description
- Function as a single point of contact from pre‑order, order fulfilment and providing post‑sales support for StarHub’s Managed Accounts (including creation of quotation, orders, service requests, trouble tickets, scheduling deliveries, etc. unless otherwise specified)
- Ensure high level of customer experience through excellent sales / after‑sales support
- Liaise directly with customers on any queries / issues and product enquiries
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by liaising closely with respective Account Managers
- Keep abreast of new / existing product knowledge, recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to investigate and respond to customer feedback in a timely manner
- Raise waivers or credit notes for customer dispute cases
- Maintain accurate and timely records of manual billings (e.g. Tech Fund, ETC Buyout, Rebates) if any
- Guide customers in navigating StarHub’s self‑service digital touchpoints (where applicable)
- Monitor customer orders and enquiries (disputes, faults, etc.) and follow through to completion or resolution
- Assess customer needs, provide information and assistance on product features and / or client queries
- Provide information regarding each product and any discount offers associated with it
- Process ETC Buyouts and Rebates
- Derive customized reports upon customer request for information not readily available in current reports
- Attend kick‑off meetings for bulk or complex deals
- Plan and execute bulk deployment, including meet‑ups with customers and monitoring / reporting progress for bulk orders
- Meet‑up with customers
- Monitor and report progress for bulk order
