Key Responsibilities
Provide consistent top-notch customer service by extending a simple welcome greeting and engaging in conversation to assist customers to enjoy their shopping experience.
Building rapport and customer loyalty, proactively follow‑up on customers’ queries and requests.
Deliver outstanding service to our consumers using our C.H.A.R.M. service model. Respond positively to customer complaints, feedbacks and suggestions.
Ensure and maintain visual merchandising standards are adhered to company standards at all time.
Maintain the cleanliness of the boutique, ensuring that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner.
Operate POS efficiently with a consistent high standard of accuracy.
Assist with daily sales, operations, stock replenishment and inventory stock take.
Requirements
Fresh graduates that have an interest in the latest fashion trends are welcome to join.
Individuals with a passionate and cheerful disposition will be an added advantage.
Flexible working schedule, able to work on weekends and public holidays (rotating shifts).
Dependable and a team player who can work both independently and in a team.
Able to speak in English, Malay and Mandarin (preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients.
