Job Description
CBDDT (Client, Banking, Data Analytics and Digital Technology) Production Services analyst in APAC is a critical role which requires good business acumen to be able to work with the business from various LOBs along with strong technical understanding to support multiple complicated applications (CRM, CLM / Fenergo, GIB, ClientFirst, etc.). CBDDT Services analyst role ensures operational effectiveness and compliance in supporting the APAC business while supporting both public side and private side users. This role drives to bring in the efficiencies of using CBDDT applications by APAC business which strengthens our client relationship with the external clients.
What you will do?
- Responsible for ensuring maximum system availability and prompt and accurate remediation of issues
- Address technical issues (hands‑on) and concerns across Client, Banking, Data Analytics and Digital Technology space
- Leverage automation to improve day‑to‑day operations
- Actively manage infrastructure to drive efficiency and minimize downtime
- Liaise between Business and Technology to ensure connectivity to achieve collective objectives
- Communicate incident trends and project updates effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate with the development team and vendors to resolve issues and improve our platform
- Participate in decisions regarding design and direction to meet business needs
- Work to improve system resilience – including both failover and disaster recovery capabilities
- Proactively drive IT governance and de‑risking initiatives
- Responsible for the production stability of the application
- Conduct regular training sessions and drive in‑office hrs sessions to APAC business
- Coordinate with internal development to ensure the seamless delivery of all the critical releases, bugs and enhancements
- Provide user‑facing front office production support for remote users
- Support multiple SQL type database integrations including SSIS jobs and SSRS reports
- Leverage strong written and verbal presentation skills including creating documentation in Confluence runbooks
Must have?
Prior experience in supporting and managing global enterprise‑wide platformsExperience with being part of the team that provides 24x7 coverage across different regionsExposure to capital markets or investment bankingMust have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to collaborate well with othersSelf‑motivated, takes initiative, and works well in a team settingProven experience with the principles of ITIL Incident Management, Problem Management and Change ManagementExperience with MS SQL / Sybase or other equivalent relational database; ability to write on‑the‑fly DB statementsDisciplined approach to documenting all processes, issues and user stories in Confluence and Jira, combined with strong analytical / critical thinking and ability to continuously multitask and manage prioritiesNice to have?
Experience with BMC Control M preferred, Autosys, Tidal or other batch scheduling platforms acceptableProven history building proactive application monitoring across all environments via ITRS Geneos, Nagios, AppDynamics, Dynatrace (or equivalent)Understanding of build and deployment managementKnowledge of CRM systems such as SalesforceKnowledge of client onboarding (KYC) such as FenergoExperience with RHEL Unix / Linux / Windows environments and basic scripting (Perl, Bash, Python, PowerShell, batch)Job Skills
