Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet. Prepare monthly reports and ensure timely month-end closing. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax-related matters. Maintain and operate the computerized accounting system efficiently. Prepare monthly reconciliations, cash book, cash flow, profit & loss reports. Generate sales and debtors reports accurately and on time. Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounts and administrative records. Possess basic knowledge in e-invoicing processes and compliance. Oversee general administrative matters and perform ad-hoc duties as required by management. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 1 years of working experience in accounting or finance. Good in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar). Basic understanding of e-invoice requirements.
