WORKING HOURS
Monday to Friday: 6am - 3pm / 7am - 4pm (rotational basis)- Saturday to Sunday: Off
- Public Holidays: May required to work on Malaysia public holidays (excluding personal festive holidays). Compensation will be provided.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid. 3 days in Q Sentral office & 2 days work from home
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Organise contract settlement for the current value date.
- Manage money in and money out of global bank accounts; process and authorise receipts and payments.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, both, locally and globally (APAC, NAM, UK), namely Service Delivery, Compliance and Global Operations Team on a wide range of queries, including anti-money laundering (AML) and sanctions queries and FX contact queries.
- Work directly with clients via email to resolve escalated account and payment queries.
- Investigate and resolve any settlement/account errors, internally and with global banking partners.
- Monitor workflow queues to ensure transactions are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, to meet cut off times and SLA.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS- Some relevant experience in a financial services or FX organisation, undertaking payment tasks and understanding of cash flows.
- Knowledge of global payment rails and systems, including SWIFT, NPP and ACH preferred but nor required.
- Strong time management skills, able to plan, organise and multi-task.
- Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in English.

- Adaptable, eager to learn and proactive.
