Monitor and improve the quality of medical services provided. Oversee and support the professional development of medical staff. Review and update clinical policies and procedures as needed. Represent the organization in external medical and healthcare forums.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Medical Officer should have :
- Relevant medical qualifications and certifications, MBBS mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to lead medical teams effectively.
- Strong strategic planning and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in the medical industry or similar sectors.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
