Responsibilities
- Provide phone / email consultation to independently debug product problems reported by customers.
- Provide support on a worldwide basis (Customers from Korea).
- Provide technical support to customers for technologies, products, and / or solutions.
- Resolve moderately and complex technical problems depending on customer needs.
- Simulate technical problems in a lab environment.
- Create technical documents and expand the knowledge database.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Strive for technical perfection and expertise.
- Demonstrate an aptitude and appetite for learning new technologies, expanding core knowledge.
Qualifications
Language Proficiency : Native or near-native proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.Education : Degree / Diploma in any field – preferably in technology, engineering technology, or computer engineering.Fresh graduate or candidates with less than 3 years of experience are considered.Experience and knowledge of industry-standard routing protocols.Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal skills.Team player who works collaboratively to achieve results.Previous experience in a support role is an advantage.Good to have networking knowledge (CCNA, CCNP), not compulsory.Seniority Level
