Job Title
Executive in Change Management Intervention and Training
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the spearhead and effective implementation of change intervention and training programs related to projects, devising and executing comprehensive intervention and training strategies tailored to the specific needs of customers impacted by technological transformations.
- Identify areas that require intervention; monitor the implementation and development of training programs aimed at equipping employees with the requisite skills and knowledge to adapt to new technologies.
- Communicate project objectives and continually evaluate and improve intervention and training strategies to ensure seamless integration of technology-driven changes.
- Assist in monitoring Change Impact Analysis (CIA), Change Readiness Assessment (CRA), Training, Job Realignment, and Benefit Realisation strategies and timelines to convey objectives and implementation for change.
- Gather stakeholder feedback, evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Prepare reports on evaluation results and monitoring of change intervention and training, and propose recommendations to project management; maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Continuously learn about change management methodologies and best practices to enhance skills, collaborating with team members to ensure cohesive efforts and provide support where needed.
Job Requirements
Experience and knowledge in Project Management, Change Management & Training, Systems Implementation Change Management; ICT project experience in the public sector is an advantage.Hands-on experience in research, survey design, data findings and analysis, and reporting.Hands-on experience in training, transfer of technology and knowledge.Qualifications
Degree in any discipline from a recognized institution; preferable fields include Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science.Any Change Management certifications are an added advantage.Competencies / Skills
Project management skills with knowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, and life cycle.Proficiency in Change Management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, data analysis, conflict resolution, promotion and awareness, impact assessment, readiness assessment, job realignment, and benefit realization.Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).Knowledge of multimedia production tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).Ability to conduct change impact analyses and readiness assessments.Knowledge of human resource management or job realignment strategies related to project implementation.Experience with surveys (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Google Forms) and data analysis / reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, SPSS, Power BI).Ability to design and deliver training programs, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training evaluation, and learning management systems.Effective communication, collaboration, and teamwork across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to meet deadlines in a rapidly evolving ICT environment.Job Benefits
