We are seeking a Web Developer with solid expertise in ASP.NET and PHP to join our team. This role involves working closely with our Web Designers , Digital Executives , and Front-End Developers to bridge the gap between concept, design, and technical implementation. As part of our development team, you will be actively involved in both front-end and back-end tasks, delivering robust, scalable solutions for various web applications and digital platforms. The ideal candidate thrives on problem-solving, embraces emerging technologies, and communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into functional solutions.
  • Build and maintain secure, scalable, and performant .NET and PHP back-end systems.
  • Implement, customize, and enhance CMS solutions, adhering to best practices.
  • Develop APIs and integrate third-party services with web applications.
  • Troubleshoot and fix software defects and performance bottlenecks.
  • Build and manage CI / CD pipelines to ensure reliable deployments.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and bring innovative ideas to the team.
  • Day-to-day communication with team members and clients, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project requirements.

Job Requirements

Basic Skills :

  • Minimum Diploma or higher in Computer Science , Software Engineering , or a related field.
  • Language : Proficiency in English.
  • Attitude : Positive and growth mindset.
  • Nationality : Malaysian.

    • Technical Skills :

  • ASP.NET & PHP : 4+ years of hands-on experience with ASP.NET frameworks (e.g., .NET Core, .NET Framework, Web API, MVC) and / or PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter).
  • Programming Languages : Proficient in ASP.NET and PHP .
  • Experience with SQL Server, MySQL and efficient database schema design.
  • Understanding of web standards and best practices , including responsive design.
  • Proficiency in translating designs from Sketch, XD, or Photoshop into functional HTML / CSS.
  • Proficient in creating and maintaining APIs.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a strong advantage.

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience working with CMS platforms ( Sitecore , Drupal , WordPress , Umbraco ) or frameworks ( Laravel , Symfony ).
  • Familiarity with CI / CD practices and DevOps tools.
  • Knowledge of Sitecore and custom Sitecore module development.
  • Sitecore Developer Certification is an added advantage.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum workflows.
