ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
FINANCE UNIT, UNIKL BIS

KEY ROLES :
- Prepare and update daily payment records.
- Record and update payment information received from MARA, PTPN, and other sponsors.
- Submit claims for fees to MARA, PNB, Zakat, JPA, and other sponsoring bodies.
- Issue debit and credit notes (TCG) for each semester in September, January, and July.
- Process refunds for MARA and students each semester for completed students and other eligible cases.
- Provide customer service / support desk assistance to students on financial matters.
- Advise students (Postgraduate and Undergraduate) on finance-related policies and procedures.
- Process appeals related to registration and final examinations.
- Manage and update discount forms, including semester-based discount adjustments.
REQUIREMENTS :
Minimum a Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Accounting.Minimum of 1 – 2 years' working experience in a related field.Proficient in data entry and experienced in using accounting software.Sound knowledge of accounting principles.Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail.Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability.Able to work independently.Possess strong customer service orientation, as the role involves liaising directly with students through counter service.Willing to work extra hours when required by the superior.Apply Now & Send your CV to :
